The FSC (single stage, single stroke) PTFE alloy centrifugal chemical pump - hereinafter referred to as "FSC centrifugal pump" - is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and based on non-metallic pump technology. The pump body is made in the form of a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylenepropylene (F46), and the pump cover, impeller and shaft protective sleeve are made of metal inserts encased in fluoroplastic and sintered into a single unit. A modern mechanical seal with an external bellows is used as a shaft seal. The stationary ring is made of 99.9% pure aluminum oxide (or silicon nitride) and the moving ring is made of filled PTFE material, which provides excellent corrosion resistance and seal wear resistance. The suction and discharge pipes are reinforced with cast steel casings to increase the pump's pressure resistance. Operating practice shows that the pump has the advantages of: corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, smooth running, modern and rational design, strict and reliable tightness, ease of disassembly and maintenance, as well as a long service life.
The product is suitable for low-viscosity liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers; for the oil and chemical industries;
For pharmaceutical, pesticide, acid washing and dye production; for the paint and varnish industry; for metallurgy, pulp and paper and galvanic industries;
Suitable for highly corrosive media of any concentration, such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, aqua regia, as well as other acids, alkalis, saline solutions, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, etc.
◆ Liquid temperature: –20 °C to +120 °C
◆ Flow range: see pump parameters
◆ Maximum pressure: see pump parameters
◆ Maximum medium density: 135 × 10³ kg/m³
◆ Ambient temperature: no more than +40 °C
◆ Maximum altitude above sea level: 3000 m
◆ Maximum system pressure: 10 bar
When pumping liquids with high density and high viscosity, the shaft power increases, so it is necessary to use an electric motor that matches the required shaft power.
