1. Sealed design and working principle
There is no shaft seal. An indirect drive magnetic coupling is used, which completely eliminates the problem of drips and leaks, ensuring a clean workplace. Due to the fact that the flow part of the pump is made of fluoroplastic alloy, the pump is capable of continuously pumping such aggressive media as acids, alkalis and strong oxidizing agents of any concentration, without damage. The drive device is an active magnetic coupling mounted directly on the motor shaft. The working chamber of the pump is completely sealed. The impeller is driven into rotation through a magnetic coupling. The design is compact, safe and energy efficient.
2. Robust and reliable pump housing design
Although the parts in contact with the liquid are made of fluoroplastic, the pump body is made of metal. This allows the pump to withstand the weight of the pipeline and mechanical loads (shocks).
