The RUB Corrosion and Wear Resistant Slurry Pump is a cantilever, single stage, single stroke centrifugal pump specifically designed for pumping corrosive media containing fine solids. The pump is made of steel lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which is now the latest generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps. Its most outstanding advantages are the best wear resistance and toughness (especially at low temperatures) of any plastic, creep resistance (resistance to environmental cracking) and excellent corrosion resistance.
This pump belongs to the cantilever single-stage single-stroke centrifugal pumps. The RUB series of corrosion and wear resistant slurry pumps are specifically designed for pumping media that are particularly corrosive and contain fine solids or crystals. They are manufactured using UHMWPE-lined compression molded steel technology to provide excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The design is cantilever with a front opening, the impeller is semi-open (without a front disk), which improves the passage of solid particles and impurities through the working chamber of the pump without clogging. The shaft seal is made of K-type fluorine rubber O-ring with a water cooling jacket, which meets the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
