The flow part is made of fluoroplastic (F46 or F26), applied to a metal core and subjected to single pressing and sintering. The product has the advantages: small dimensions, smooth running, high efficiency, significant energy savings, as well as easy and reliable installation and operation. It can replace high alloy stainless steel such as 316L and Monel, as well as ultra-low carbon stainless steel in strong acid environments. It can pump highly corrosive liquids in harsh conditions, such as sulfuric acid, aqua regia and strong alkalis of any concentration. It has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, broad resistance to high and low temperature environments, advanced mechanical seal materials, low injection molding pores, high pump efficiency and long service life.
The product is suitable for low-viscosity liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers; oil and chemical industry;
