A magnetic centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as a magnetic pump) usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power in a completely leak-free manner. When the motor rotates the outer magnet of the magnetic coupling, magnetic force lines pass through the gap and the protective sleeve, acting on the inner magnet, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the inlet end of the pump shaft, since the fluid is contained in a stationary protective sleeve and there is no dynamic seal, the pump operates safely and without leakage. Pump flow components can be made of corrosion resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4MCU, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, etc. depending on requirements. IMC series magnetic pump is a new type of fully sealed and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national level joint magnetic pump design team. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to foreign analogues of the late 1980s. The types and main parameters of the RMC series magnetic pump comply with the requirements of the TB/T7742-95 standard “Small centrifugal pumps with magnetic drive”.
RMC series magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, electroplating, environmental protection, food processing, film printing, water treatment, defense industry, etc. It is an ideal equipment for pumping flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids, as well as various corrosion-resistant liquids.
◆ Maximum operating pressure when pumping: 1.6 MPa
◆Maximum temperature: 100°C
◆ Maximum density: 184 × 10³ kg/m³
◆ Maximum viscosity: 30 × 10⁻⁶ m²/s (liquid without solid particles and fibers). If the system operating pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, special design can be made, and the maximum system operating pressure can reach 15MPa.
When the specific gravity and viscosity of the pumped liquid is high, the shaft power increases, so it is necessary to use an electric motor that matches the shaft power.
