The AZ series slurry pump is an extension of the HTZ pump product line, which has been successfully developed by our company based on many years of technical experience and taking into account advanced foreign technologies. This is an improved version of pump types such as TWZ and ZBJ, with high capacity for passing fibers and solids, smooth running and ease of maintenance. It can pump slurries with a concentration of less than 6% and other types of slurries with a solids content of less than 30%. Suitable for work environments such as pulp and paper industry, metallurgy, salt mining, wastewater treatment and power plants.
1. Alkalis and inorganic salts: mother solution of ammonium salt obtained by ammonia and combined alkaline methods, soda ash, electrolyte, caustic alkali, chlorides and hypochlorites obtained by membrane alkaline and ion exchange methods, alkali metal sulfides, sulfates, hydrogen peroxide, etc.
2. Non-ferrous metallurgy: electrolyte for copper and nickel electrolysis, sodium aluminate solution for aluminum production, acid mist for cobalt production, pulp for zinc production, ammonium aluminate solution for alum production, acid mist and sulfur solution for gold production, etc.
3. Steel industry: electroplating, pickling, electrophoresis paint, etc.
4. Acid production: hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, phosphate slurry, acetic acid, etc.
Petrochemical industry: refining, cracking, oil separation, butadiene, alkylbenzene, methanol.
5. Production of synthetic fibers and plastics: polyester, dichloromethane, epichlorohydrin, trichlorpropane, polyvinyl chloride, dimethylformamide, etc.
6. Pulp and paper industry: pulp pulping liquor, green liquor, white liquor, concentrated black liquor, bleaching liquor.
7. Fertilizer production: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc.
8. Fermentation industry: intermediates, lactic acid, citric acid, food additives, beer, various fermenting pulps, etc.
9. Environmental protection: various chemicals, acidic and alkaline wastewater, etc.
